Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing How Sweet Cafe. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Please read the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order. By placing your order, it is deemed that you have provided consent and agree to of all our terms & conditions and Policies.

Shipping Zones: We ship Pan-India, excluding Rajasthan under regular shipping conditions. However, we do deliver within Rajasthan under special conditions (Jaipur-only products are eligible for same-day delivery based on availability).

Please check the respective product page to confirm shipping availability for your location.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your order, as well as the shipping zone. The shipping cost will be displayed at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to change our shipping rates at any time.

  • Shipping Methods: How Sweet Cafe uses & depends on various shipping methods, including third party vendors ,local courier services, to deliver your order. We are dependent on our vendors and do not guarantee a specific delivery date or time.

  • Pan-India (except Jaipur-only products):

    • ₹140 for orders up to 1kg
    • ₹240 for orders up to 2kg
    • ₹360 for orders up to 3kg
    • ₹480 for orders up to 4kg

  • Jaipur-only products:

    • Free shipping on orders above ₹1500
    • ₹80 for orders below ₹500
    • ₹60 for orders below ₹1000
    • ₹50 for orders below ₹1500

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped within the shipping window as mentioned on the product page.

Pan-India Delivery Time: Estimated between 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Jaipur (Local): Same-day delivery available for Jaipur-only products, subject to time and order volume.

We use a mix of third-party logistics providers and local courier services to deliver your order.

Note: Delivery to remote areas may take longer than usual.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the courier company’s website.

No Refund Policy: How Sweet Cafe does not offer refunds on any products. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Missing or Damaged Packages: If your package is missing or damaged, please contact us at [jpr@gmail.com] within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution. We will also require the unboxing video or photographs of the package received.

International Shipping: How Sweet Cafe currently does not offer international shipping.

Changes to Shipping Policy: We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
