Shipping Zones
We offer local delivery across Jaipur, including same-day delivery on eligible Jaipur-only products (subject to availability and order volume).
In addition to local delivery, we ship select products across India. Please note that standard courier shipping is currently not available for Rajasthan outside Jaipur. Shipping availability may vary by product and destination.
Please refer to the respective product page to confirm whether a product is available for delivery in your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and type of product in your order. Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to revise shipping rates without prior notice.

Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Jaipur Deliveries
Same-day delivery is available for eligible Jaipur-only products, subject to product availability, order timing, and delivery capacity.
Pan-India Deliveries
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
We work with a combination of third-party logistics partners and local courier services to fulfill orders. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.
Note: Deliveries to remote locations may take longer than estimated.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier partner's website.
No Refund Policy
How Sweet Cafe does not offer refunds on any products. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Missing or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us at howsweet.jpr@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide an unboxing video and/or clear photographs of the package received.
International Shipping
At present, How Sweet Cafe does not offer international shipping.
