Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Refunds

  • The product is delivered in a damaged condition. Customers must provide:
  • An unboxing video; and
  • Clear photographs of the unopened damaged package.
  • The order is lost in transit and is not delivered.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
